Returns
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
Non-returnable items:
- Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only — not as store credit or gift cards.
- Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at 56258support@outlook.com. We will guide you through the exchange process. Return shipping for exchanges is covered by CrocsShop.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at 56258support@outlook.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
